Terms and conditions

Traveller : The parking space reserved at Park And Fly was booked by the individual.

Parking period : The traveller undertakes to comply with the period indicated when making the reservation. Any changes must be notified by email or telephone.

Parking service

All reservations entitle the traveller to park their vehicle during the reservation period. When Park & Fly is full, we reserve the right to refuse a reservation.

Booking, paying, modifying and cancelling

For last-minute bookings (departure within 24 hours), please contact us by telephone. The customer agrees to pay at the car park upon arrival. Any booking may be cancelled by email or telephone at no additional cost.

Parking

It is essential to park your vehicle in a parking space indicated by the driver. Any vehicle parked incorrectly will have to be moved. Park & Fly reserves the right to move vehicles parked in the wrong location.

Responsabilité

Parking is entirely at the customer's risk. The driver may request the keys in order to move the vehicle if necessary. Park and Fly accepts no responsibility for any damage (theft, damage, fire, etc.) to the parked vehicle. No recourse of any kind may be taken by the owner or user of the vehicle against Park & Fly in order to recover the damage suffered as a result of an incident such as those mentioned above.

Commercial communications and newsletters

Park & Fly reserves the right to send its customers information, commercial offers and newsletters relating to its services. The customer may object to receiving such communications at any time by contacting Park & Fly by email.
