Which are the opening hours of your car park?
Our parking Park & Fly in Charleroi is open from 4:00 am until 0:00 and this 7d/7. We provide a permanency service in case your flight is delayed.
How is the transfer organised between the car park and the airport?
At the time you make a reservation on our site Park & Fly, we’ll invite you to inform us on the dates and the flight numbers of both your outbound and return flight. This information is important, as it will give our car park staff an idea of the approximate time you will arrive at the airport. After you submit your vehicle, our own free shuttle will quickly take you to Brussels South Charleroi Airport. On your return, a chauffeur will be waiting for you to bring you and your luggage immediately to your car.
How to book a parking space on your site Park & Fly?
To reserve a parking space at Park & Fly, simply fill out the form online-reservation.
Will I receive a confirmation of my reservation?
Once the reservation is made through our website, you will automatically receive a confirmation email. If you don’t see it, please check your junk mail, as it might be that the confirmation email lands up in the spam box. This email is not a spam and your reservation is indeed confirmed. If in doubt, do not hesitate to contact us at (0)71/34.97.62 Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 17:00.
When I make a reservation, how will I know if it is confirmed?
A few seconds after your booking you will receive a confirmation email. This confirmation is 100% secure .You are sure to have a place. If Park & Fly would have been full, it would have been impossible to make your reservation.
How can I see if the parking is full?
If the car park is sold out on the dates you indicated, you will immediately see this on your screen and not be able to continue your reservation.
If I don’t know my flight number yet, how can I make a reservation?
In case you don’t know your flight numbers yet, you can simply mention this on the reservation form (in the boxes for the flight numbers).
If I can’t print the booking confirmation because I don’t have a printer, is that a problem?
No, that is not a problem. We will recognize with your name and your vehicle.
How can I cancel or change my reservation?
You can cancel, free of charge, the reservation you made on our site Park & Fly. Just inform us by email or phone up to 20 minutes before the time your reservation was made for.
How can I report a change of my travel information?
You can always contact us by email or phone to inform us on a change of your travel information.
When and how can I pay?
Payment is made in cash at the time you hand over your car to Park & Fly and is irrevocable. There is no right of withdrawal.
How can I quickly and easily find the parking?
Our guarded car park is situated at just one kilometre from Charleroi Airport. If you use a GPS, please enter:
- Avenue d’Heppignies, 8
6220 Fleurus (or Heppignies, depending on the GPS)
- From Brussels: first take the A54, then the E42 towards Liège/Namur/Charleroi and finally the R3.
- From Namur: first take the E42 and then the R3 in the direction of Charleroi Airport/Beaumont/Châtelet.

If I arrive one or two hours earlier than I had indicated, should I change my reservation?
We are requesting your travel time information in order to have an idea of when you will arrive so that we can serve you better. If you wish to come a little bit earlier, that’s no problem at all. How long will I have to wait before I will be taken to the terminal?
In principle, we’ll leave as soon as you arrive at the car park. Our drivers go back and forth for each individual traveller so that you benefit from your personal shuttle. The airport departure hall is very close to our car park (less than 1 km). You will be there in just a few minutes.
