Frequently asked questions about Park & Fly

How do you organize the shuttle service between the parking and the airport?

During the booking process on our Park & Fly website, we invite you to give us a precise date and expected arrival time on our parking facility, as well as relevant information about your return flight: expected landing time and flight number. This information is important for our personnel, giving us a rough estimation of your arrival time at the airport.

Once you’ve parked your car, our shuttle will pick you up and drive you quickly to the terminal.

After your return flight, our driver will come pick you up and drive you back to your car, with all your luggage of course. However, a slight operational delay (10-15min) is possible.

How can I book a parking space on your Park & Fly website?

All you need to do is fill in the online reservation form on our website : www.park-and-fly.be

Will I receive some kind of reservation confirmation?

As soon as your booking demand has been sent via our website, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation e-mail. Make sure to check your spam box, as your spam filter may put our message in it. Of course, our confirmation e-mail is no spam, and it’s the proof of reservation. Moreover, this e-mail contains useful information about how to use our parking facility, cancellation policy… make sure to read it and keep it!

I’ve just completed my online reservation. How will I know if it’s accepted?

A few seconds after you’ve completed the booking process, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation via e-mail (check your spams). This confirmation is 100% guaranteed, your parking space is now reserved.

If our parking lot is already full before your complete the reservation process, our system will prevent you from booking it.

Do your rates vary according to holiday seasons?

This depends from year to year. We do have a season rates system ready, but we will use it only when we expect a high demand. Our rates will then be divided between “low season” and “high season”, the low season rates being our standard rates. As Charleroi Airport experiences growing success, welcoming over 10 million passengers annually in 2024, we may have to use this system soon. Make sure to stay informed via our website or our newsletters.

How will I know if your parking is full on my travel dates?

When you indicate your travel dates on our online reservation form, it will immediately show whether our parking is full or not. In case of a 100% full parking, the booking process won’t be resumed, unless you choose different dates.

I still don’t know my flight number. Can I book a parking space?

If you book your parking space before the flight, or if, for some reason, you don’t know every flight detail yet, you can indicate this on our online reservation form (inside the “flight number” box). You can communicate us the missing information later, thanks to our confirmation e-mail.

Do I need to print out the reservation confirmation?

You can print it out, but it’s not necessary. You may simply show us your confirmation via your smartphone.

How can I cancel or modify my reservation?

You can use our confirmation e-mail to cancel your reservation. We have a free cancellation policy, up to 20 minutes before your indicated arrival time. However, you can also send us an e-mail to cancel or modify.

My flight data has changed, how may I communicate you the new one?

You may use our confirmation e-mail to modify your flight data in our system. You may also send us an e-mail, or call us during our office hours (9am-12am, Monday-Friday).

When and how am I supposed to pay the price?

At Park&Fly, you are supposed to pay the price when you arrive on our parking lot. You may pay cash or with a debit/credit card.

How may I find quickly your parking lot?

Park & Fly is located very close to Brussels-South Charleroi Airport. Here are the current GPS coordinates:

  • Avenue d’Heppignies, 8 – 6220 Fleurus (or Heppignies, according to GPS).

Using the highway network, access is rather easy:

  • From Brussels, you must take the A54, then follow the E42 toward Liège/Namur/Charleroi and exit via the R3.
  • From Namur, you must take the E42, then the R3 toward “Aéroport Charleroi / Beaumont / Châtelet”.

I will arrive on your parking lot one or two hours early. Do I need to modify my reservation?

Yes. The arrival time you indicate during the booking process is necessary to organize our shuttle service. We insist on you arriving at the expected hour, +-15 minutes. If you arrive too early, you may not find your spot available and your car will become an obstacle for other customers and our shuttle vans. And if you arrive late, our shuttle may have to make an extra rotation to pick you up, which could lead to extra waiting time for our return-flight customers. Make sure to use our confirmation e-mail to modify your reservation (or just e-mail us, call us).

How long will I have to wait at the terminal for your shuttle to pick me up?

Once you’ve called us, expect an average delay of 10-15 minutes.
