Why won’t your shuttle van stop right in front of the terminal’s gates?
A few years ago, Brussels South Charleroi Airport made a complete overhaul of its road/parking infrastructures. For security reasons, and in order to tighten their own parking rules, they have created a dedicated area for collective transports (buses, shuttle vans, taxis). We have no choice other than to use this dedicated area to bring you to the airport, and to collect you upon your arrival. We had no say in this process as we are independent.
However, Park & Fly offers you more advantageous rates than any other parking on the airport premises, including the shuttle service. Upon your return, as soon as you’ve recovered your checked luggage, simply call us and the shuttle van will come collect you from that dedicated area. Do note that our shuttle may be delayed by some events, such as other customers arriving late on our parking lot. Therefore, we kindly ask you to respect our other customers and to arrive timely on our parking lot, on the day of your departure flight.
