This is the first time the service did not meet my expectations. We arrived at the station a bit delayed due to the traffic conditions and I called the driver informing him before our arrival. The driver confirmed that he will be in 5 minutes at the station but this did not happen. I had to call again to verify that he was on his way. Finally the driver arrived after 15 minutes increasing our stress levels. We were lucky the airport had no traffic and we managed to catch our flight. The problem I believe is with the specific driver. The return was fantastic.
